1986: Edward McSweegan trashes the US Navy, outing their illegal weapons program, in order to give all the funding for vector-borne diseases research to his criminally insane friends so that they all could profiteer under the Dole-Bayh Act. The most important information for diagnosis and treatment - antibody band 41 or antiflagellin antibody is made specific and able to detect 95% of all cases. It is not made into a vaccine since such was thought to cause an autoimmune neurologic disease, due to cross-reacting antibodies against neurons.
McSweegan later goes on to trash the Lyme Disease Foundation (LDF), his next employers, the NIH, the FBI, and all Lyme victims to the point of stalking them, harassing them online, reporting them to the Child Protective Services, reporting Lyme-treaters to their Medical Boards. Together with Durland Fish they move to keep secret the fact that everyone should be treated upon tick bite in order to avoid permanent brain invasion, so that they could have fake OspA vaccine trials. At one deposition, McSweegan says he got is LDF-trashing information due to "clairvoyance," when actually this cabal wiretaps and in other ways stalks all Lyme victims, such as following family travel records, etc.
He has been reported to the FBI, who did nothing about his criminally insane behavior, since the FBI does not know that Sweeg is not actually a practicing scientist, but was always nothing more than a clerk. He spends his time writing stories (obsessing) about Lyme victims, especially mothers of children with Lyme disease, since he is a bona fide psychopath.
1986, CDC "Officer" Allen Steere finds that Lyme antibody testing looks like that of Relapsing Fever with the "changing and expanding IgM and IgG antibodies." "The appearance of new IgM antibodies means the spirochetes are still alive."

1989: Infectious Diseases Society of America publishes a special Supplement on Lyme and Spirochetal Diseases. This data is so self-indicting, they refuse to turn it over to the CT AG who later sues them for fraud in 2006.
1990: The financially floundering New York Medical College run by John J. Connolly is helped by Kaiser. Connolly later brags that he ensured the College's financial situation, not mentioning that he actually turned the College over to Kaiser, who remains there still, training MDs. 1992: Mark Klempner publishes that the reason intravenous ceftriaxone failed was due to the intracellularity of the Lyme spirochetes.
1992: CDC Officer Alan Barbour explains that there can never be a vaccine against Lyme Disease - including not OspA, his own patent - due to antigenic variation. He publishes that antibodies "select mutants," which is the very action related to the name, Relapsing Fever, and this was "well-known" in 1975.
1992-1993: Allen Steere goes to Europe to falsify the diagnostic standard for "Lyme Disease" narrowing the disease definition to only a late Lyme arthritis (a hypersensitivity or allergy reaction to mycoplasmal or OspA antigens). He leaves almost all of the IgM antibodies, and his business partner at Imugen, Phil Molloy later writes in his Imugen report forms that "IgG antibodies are late antibodies meaning past infection, and that even if people have a 1994 CDC positive test, it is not a treatable case." One sees clearly that this is about denying all treatment, due to the fact that Lyme is a chronic meningitis that also screws up the immune system.
1994: The CDC calls a conference on testing, where no one agrees with Steere's new method. The committee members or the people in charge of the fake "work groups" approve this diagnostic standard anyway. The first step, the ELISA, only detects late Lyme arthritis in a knee. All neurologic cases of Lyme or all cases of Relapsing Fever that had previously been treated with intravenous ceftriaxone- "the gold standard for meningitis" - are now not detectable. The cabal has started a campaign of calling people with this permanent brain infection "CRAZY," which sets them up for double malpractice- according to the American Psychiatric Association - the psychotropic drugging of a delirium which compounds the delirium.

1999: LYMErix is on the market, and by the summer there are big problems. I found ActionLyme, international patient advocacy group. Pat Smith of the Lyme Disease Association plans to subvert every planned actionitem and instructs her stupid crew to do the opposite of every specified actionplan. I send an e-petition to Pataki et al, outlining all the Conflicts of Interest.
1999: Summer, I visit the Lyme Disease Foundation (www.lyme.org) over LYMErix problems and I tell Karen Forshcner that we have to find out exactly what happened Dearborn. She asks me to pick up the phone and call the CDC and order the Dearborn Conference booklet, which I do. She gives me a copy. I find that no one agreed with Steere among the participants. Karen digs out more data. In a few months, she meets with New York Times' Holc Noble (I was there that day, too), to whom she gives the data about the LYMErix scam. The NYT refuses to publish this data, so Holc quits the NYT.
1999: I write the e-petitions to New York Government showing all the grants and all the conflicts of interest. Naturally, nothing is done, since Pataki is a Republican, and all Republicans are retarded. Spitzer's office over the phone tell me I have to complain to the USDOJ, which Blumenthal's office later told me to do, because they understood the part about the blood testing standard having changed at Dearborn, and that there were, in fact, two published standards- one as Lyme as a Relapsing Fever, and the Steere/Dressler/Dearborn one, which leaves most cases undetectable.
1999: The PLI, which is identical to the e-petitions to New York Legislators and Governor Pataki, demonstrating the Conflicts of Interest, sent in September, 1999, with the founding of ActionLyme:

1999: I talk with Dennis Parenti about all the LYMErix problems, and he refers me to the FDA's VAERS, to have all adverse events reported. He also tells me to ask the victims to send SmithKline these complaints, as did Karen Forschner of the Lyme Disease Foundation.
2000: I report Yale's Robert Schoen to the CT Medical Board about his abuse of me and my children, 2 of whom have congenital Lyme and one has congenital Ehrlichiosis.
2000: I send a complaint again to the OPMC or the New York Medical Board, including all the grants and data on Brook Biotechnologies, explaining that the OPMC is harassing people who say Lyme is something different from what the patenteers and profiteers are saying. OPMC sends a letter to me that they are confident in their Kaiser-trained experts, one of whom, Peter Welch, is the expert used against Joe Burrascano, but is the equivalent of the Kaiser fox guarding the henhouse.
2001: Enough complaints about LYMErix are filed with the FDA and in addition to the class action carried against SmithKline by Attorney Steve Sheller, FDA grants us a hearing. I give a scientific presentation to the FDA Vaccine Committee as an analytical chemist from Pfizer, explaining that no one agreed with Steere at Dearborn, and that SmithKline and Yale could not qualify a vaccine with a test that does not detect the disease, as shown at Dearborn. FDA only posts the first 11 pages of my 30 page presentation- leaving out all the actual data and the Dressler/Steere full text publication, which shows "ROC" or the invalidation of the method, where Steere claims, "The Limit of Detection means the opposite." It was in Europe with Frank Dressler that Steere invented the theory that we look for the largest samples of something, in order to detect them. We hope this never happens elsewhere in the real medical world, where for example, someone would have to have a 70 pound tumor in order to have the diagnosis of "a tumor."
These idiots all completely ignore previous vaccine failure data related to vaccination with these same types of fungal antigens (tuberculosis). It had been known since at least the 1980s, if not the 1960s that there were immune tolerization or "sensitization" outcomes to these same types of antigens as vaccines. Or, if they knew there were two ends of an aimmune spectrum response, they ignored the chronic Lyme/Immune Suppression outcomes. No one knows for sure exactly how stupid these "scientists" are, but they later lost all their funding and the vaccine came off the market and Blumenthal was up their butts for scientific fraud and racketeering and now these crooks are hysterically writing new "bogus articles" in order to reinforce the previous bogus articles, which Blumenthal caught them doing, too:
The IDSA portrayed another medical association's Lyme disease guidelines as corroborating its own when it knew that the two panels shared several authors, including the chairmen of both groups, and were working on guidelines at the same time. In allowing its panelists to serve on both groups at the same time, IDSA violated its own conflicts of interest policy.

2001: I meet with David Grann at the Albany protest but Grann later publishes an article called "Stalking Steere." Grann never mentions that we are protesting against the cabal, and filed a proper complaint with the FDA about LYMErix being a hoax, and what happened at Dearborn, where no one approved of this standard to qualify LYMErix. Grann never mentions that Steere committed a crime, despite being given the data. I had sat down with Grann for at least 20 minutes at the Albany protest and explained the entire crime to him. (My mistake. I thought Grann was a reporter.)

There has been no new scientifically valid data which disproves IDSA's earlier and even later observations. The Klempner study was scientifically invalid because the testing for Lyme is scientifically invalid, and intravenous ceftriaxone was only given for one month- the standard of care for meningitis. Additionally, Klempner failed to report which DNA primers he used. Lastly, there WERE patients who were screened out of that "study," who were DNA positive even with Klempner's primers. They were were rejected from the "study," on the grounds that it would be "unethical" to submit these patients to the randomization and possibility that they would receive the placebo- KLEMPNER'S OWN CLAIMS!!!

The Primer's Shell Game is where these Lyme crooks use the wrong DNA (or RNA) primers (they use the variable Osp primers instead of the non-variable chromosomally encoded) to test Lyme victims. These same crooks use the correct DNA primers when they want to find Lyme or borrelia in ticks. It's a shell game. They all know that all that they can use for treatment outcomes is non-variable DNA or RNA.
Mark Klempner never reported his primers in his Chronic Lyme "study," and he would not tell me, either, in an email correspondence I had with him. Therefore, the Lyme crooks have never validly reported on the presence of borrelia in humans, with the exception of Gary Wormser's study of EMs in which he found 2/9 patients who had EM, who had been treated with antibiotics still had spirochetes in their tissues. A polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay that detects Borrelia burgdorferi DNA in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was evaluated as a diagnostic test for acute or chronic Lyme neuroborreliosis. In one laboratory, 102 samples were tested blindly, and 40 samples were retested in a second laboratory. In the first laboratory, B. burgdorferi DNA was detected in CSF samples in 6 (38%) of 16 patients with acute neuroborreliosis, 11 (25%) of 44 with chronic neuroborreliosis, and none of 42 samples from patients with other illnesses. There was a significant correlation between PCR results and the duration of previous intravenous antibiotic therapy. The overall frequency of positive results was similar in the second laboratory, but concordance between the laboratories and among primer-probe sets was limited because many samples were positive with only one primer-probe set. Thus, PCR testing can sometimes detect B. burgdorferi DNA in CSF in patients with acute or chronic neuroborreliosis, but with current methods, the sensitivity of the test is limited.

BACKGROUND. Borrelia burgdorferi is difficult to detect in synovial fluid, which limits our understanding of the pathogenesis of Lyme arthritis, particularly when arthritis persists despite antibiotic therapy. METHODS. Using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), we attempted to detect B. burgdorferi DNA in joint-fluid samples obtained over a 17-year period. The samples were tested in two separate laboratories with four sets of primers and probes, three of which target plasmid DNA that encodes outer-surface protein A (OspA). RESULTS. B. burgdorferi DNA was detected in 75 of 88 patients with Lyme arthritis (85 percent) and in none of 64 control patients. Each of the three OspA primer-probe sets was sensitive, and the results were moderately concordant in the two laboratories (kappa = 0.54 to 0.73). Of 73 patients with Lyme arthritis that was untreated or treated with only short courses of oral antibiotics, 70 (96 percent) had positive PCR results. In contrast, of 19 patients who received either parenteral antibiotics or long courses of oral antibiotics (> or = 1 month), only 7 (37 percent) had positive tests (P < 0.001). None of these seven patients had received more than two months of oral antibiotic treatment or more than three weeks of intravenous antibiotic treatment. Of 10 patients with chronic arthritis (continuous joint inflammation for one year or more) despite multiple courses of antibiotics, 7 had consistently negative tests in samples obtained three months to two years after treatment. CONCLUSIONS. PCR testing can detect B. burgdorferi DNA in synovial fluid. This test may be able to show whether Lyme arthritis that persists after antibiotic treatment is due to persistence of the spirochete.

Ceftriaxone at a dose of 25 mg/kg of body weight administered every 12 h for 7 to 10 days eliminated cultivable B. burgdorferi or B. turicatae from all BALB/c or scid mice in the study. Vancomycin at 30 mg/kg administered every 12 h was effective in eliminating infection from immunodeficient mice if treatment was started within 3 days of the onset of infection. If treatment with vancomycin was delayed for 7 days or more, vancomycin failed to eradicate infection with B. burgdorferi or B. turicatae from immunodeficient mice. The failure of vancomycin in eradicating established infections in immunodeficient mice was associated with the persistence of viable spirochetes in the brain during antibiotic treatment. Pieces of frontal lobe cortex from 34 subjects were analyzed with species-specific PCR and monoclonal antibodies. PCR detected Treponema in 14/16 Alzheimer's disease (AD) and 4/18 non-AD donors (P < 0.001), and AD specimens had more Treponema species than controls (P < 0.001). PCR also detected Treponema in trigeminal ganglia from three AD and two control donors. Cortex from 15/16 AD subjects and 6/18 controls contained Treponema pectinovorum and/or Treponema socranskii species-specific antigens (P < 0.01). T. pectinovorum and/or T. socranskii antigens were also found in trigeminal ganglia and pons from four embalmed cadavers, and 2/4 cadavers also had Treponema in the hippocampus. These findings suggest that oral Treponema may infect the brain via branches of the trigeminal nerve.
