1) Corixa gets "NIH Biodefense" contract after defrauding over what "Lyme Disease" is (redefined at Dearborn to only the Steere-HLA kind, which is the kind where the patients are the least sick), over the outcomes of LYMErix, and by trying to set up a monopoly (OspA-B were dropped by Allen Steere in Europe with his funky "high passage" strains trick) on TBDs testing with Yale's L2 Diagnostics and Imugen:

responses [Steere's HLA] tend to have worse disease or are sicker." 

 Amazingly, Dattwyler also told them that the way to check OspA vaccine trial results was
to "perform serial or sequential Western Blots," which was the older CDC way -
the older Allen Steere way - which represented what spirochetes, do, antigenic variation,
and which is why no vaccines against these antigenic variators (go ahead and make up
words like psychiatrists do; it's a free-for-all) could ever work.

What part about Lyme being just another relapsing fever organism and the only way to test for it is to use Borreliae-specific flagellin (either antibodies or DNA, due to antigenic variation) don't people get?

EVERYBODY was working on a flagellin method by the early 1990s, not just Yale.

Look at the graphic on page 3533.

▲Yale's Fikrig and Flavell are clearly selecting out a section of flagellar DNA that does not cross react with antibodies against flagella from other organisms, which means it is a SPECIFIC test for Borrelia burgdorferi flagellin antibodies, which almost all Lyme victims have.

Why wasn't this test used to assess the outcome of Yale's other, later, patent, the LYMErix vaccine?

CDC officer Alan Barbour is saying ▲ to vaccinate with a flagellar-less spirochete, but then test for vaccine failure by using a Borreliosis-specific recombinant flagellar antigen because we don't want to vaccinate with flagellin, since that causes an autoimmune neurologic disease.

But, according to the Yale-Lyme-180s, "No one can HAVE an antibody to flagellin (band 41) and be sick," just like, at the present time, the crooks say, "No one can have band 31 (OspA) and be diagnosed with "Lyme Disease," despite that being the LYMErix vaccine and also, supposedly, 100% SPECIFIC to Borrelia burgdorferi.

Okay, do the math: How many years has Gary Wormer and Alan Barbour been outright lying to the public about how to detect "Lyme Disease?"  How many death-and-disability-years is that?  If Lyme is 12 times underreported or 8% of all cases are reported (Schoen at the 1998 FDA OspA vaccines meeting), and only detects 15% of all patients (Wormser's 1993 assessment of the Dressler/Steere CDC method), and between 1/6 and 1/3 of all cases of relapsing fever result in permanent disability (say 25%), then the average of 20,000 cases reported by the CDC is actually:
133,333 -20,000 cases are actually reportable (Wormser's 15% of Steere's BS) or 113,333 cases per year,
Times 8% (actually reported due to lazy MDs, Schoen's data) or 1,416,663 new cases per year
and 25% of those cases end up in some form of permanent disability, or 354,000 people, per year, since the Dearborn scam, and that's if we don't claim the numbers of infected ticks has grown since 1995 (the Dearborn criteria was adopted formally in 1995).

And that's only Lyme Borreliosis.  It does not include all of the other relapsing fevers in America.

And it was deliberate, because Kaiser-Permanente and AIG are involved and were involved from the beginning, with the founding of the ALDF.com at New York Medical College in 1990.

That's, let's say, a third of a million people per year for 13 years, or 4.6 million disabled people.
