Today's News:  The short story of the Lyme crymes is Allen Steere falsifying the diagnostic standard for "Lyme Disease" on behalf of BigInsurance (knee diseases don't need IV medication), and to set up a RICO cabal with Yale's L2 Diagnostics, Corixa and Imugen.  They defrauded Uncle Sam in order to maintain the incoming free venture capital (grants) through Edward McSweegan.  The Lyme vaccines (LYMErix and ImmuLyme) were the immune-suppressing Pam3Cys, and they all lied to the FDA about OspA's safety and efficacy, as well as what is a "case" of "Lyme Disease."  The CDC promoted the cabal's "guidelines" and "definitions" because so many CDC officers are deeply involved in the DNA patenteering.  The result was that the cabal - Kaiser and the Patenteers - ended up OWNING human diseases by owning and skewing the disease definitions to suit the intended commercial product.  The intentions of the "entrepreneurial trio" cabal were stated by Arthur Weinstein in 1998, while in residence at Kaiser-Permanente's Medical College, the former New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York.  Kaiser Medical College then used their MD drones as "expert witnesses" against MDs who treat Relapsing Fever (since "Lyme Disease" is an imaginary disease). 

The cabal wrote 3 sets of "guidelines" intended to continue the charade where "'Lyme Disease' is the thing prevented by OspA,'" as an end-run around still-ongoing lawsuits and around the Blumenthal RICO and Scientific Fraud investigation, and because their own data shows they knew 1) OspA was never a vaccine, 2) OspA suppressed the immune system, 3) "treatment fails in half the cases," 4) Lyme is Plum Island Relapsing Fever or a permanent brain infection and not the thing prevented by OspA vaccination.  Rather, "chronic Lyme"  is the thing caused by OspA-vaccination: New Great Imitators of Opportunistic Infections Caused by Pam3Cys Immune Suppression or Lyme-AIDS.

FALSE CLAIMS--  The Lyme Crymes are a false claims act case against Kaiser-Permanente who acquired the financially floundering New York Medical College in 1990, with the assistance of the College's president, John J. Connolly.  It should be charged by the USDOJ Civil Division, since the Eli Lilly Zyprexa suit was similar in that dementia patients should not be treated with CNS-depressants.  You can see that the likes of ILADS.org and Brian Fallon are in the way of progress, because they would have to renounce psychiatry as a scientifically valid medical practice.  

The ALDF.com cabal includes friends of Edward McSweegan, like Gary Wormser and Durland Fish, and CDC officers, especially Alan Barbour.  This isn't the only arrangement where CDC-insiders associate with and produce scientific garbage, not to mention harm, with Kaiser-insiders and BigPhaarma insiders.  It's kinda like rogue members of the CIA and their 911-like arrangements with the Banksters and the Mossad.  The CDC is a secret US Military organization, just like the CIA.  But the 911 stunt was like the "Lyme Disease - and - LYMErix" stunt.  Stupid and transparent.  Lyme is a Relapsing Fever organism but Allen Steere changed the definition of it in 1992 in Europe, alone, with bogus strains and antigens.  So, "Steere in Europe" was the actual crime scene.  The CDC and the cabal then together forced this current diagnostic standard upon us in 1994.

IF the Civil Division refuses to charge it, the members of the cabal can be kidnapped and tortured, according to the Bushie Rules of Terrorism, because such crimes harm our freedom and democracy.  The point of the Bushie Rules of Terrorism is to scare the hell out of any weaponeers or persons who hold the knowledge, or the intelligence to deploy or inhibit WMDs and who by the very fact that they possess the knowledge, pose an "existential threat."  No one can say Mycoplasmal-Borreliosis is not a WMD, because mycoplasma are, in and of themselves, the WMDs we sold Saddam Hussein to use against Iran.  Mycoplasmal lipoproteins (PAM3CYS_IMMUNE_SUPPRESSION.htm) suppress the immune system in addition to causing infertility, reduced milk production and lameness in livestock, and the likes of "Stinking Smut" or plant or crop-rot.  They're also stealth, in that they don't take up a stain, and the immunosuppressed persons, or the fungally-tolerized persons or mammals, do not produce any antibodies after a time.

Lyme - Mycoplasmal Borreliosis - is the perfect Stealth Disabler, according to the DoD and the DoE, because it is like a time-bomb or a Trojan Horse or produces all those Imitators.

Allen Steere is the author of both CDC standards, the 1990 standard and the 1994 Dearborn standard. For the fake standard - the current CDC Dearborn standard - Allen Steere went to Europe alone in 1992 with bogus high-passage strains and recombinant OspA-B with no lipid attached and therefore little immunogenicity (means, "produces antibodies")  to leave OspA and B out of the standard.  Osp A in the diagnostic test, when the antigen is also the vaccine, invalidates the test.  One never tests for vaccine efficacy with the same antigen as the vaccine.
Steere also falsely claimed that his pool of Dressler/Steere neurologic Lyme patients must have proteins or cells in the CSF, when it was known that at least half of neurologic Lyme victims do not have antibodies in their CSF or is an "aseptic meningitis."  (Klempner later made the same false claim.) So, all of Dressler/Steere/Dearborn was deliberate scientific fraud.  Steere had previously proposed that we perform sequential Western Blots to diagnose Lyme, and this is what I told the FDA Vaccine Committee in person in January, 2001:

The result was a global disaster because LYMErix was the same as the HIV and tuberculosis vaccines, but Yale knew they could not ever prove they had a vaccine, so they trashed the Lyme and LYMErix victims, making this a real RICO, like the mafia RICOs.
