The most commonly reported cause of exposure was associated with hypodermic syringe use. Antibiotic resistant infections all bear TLR2-agonists (eg., Tb, MRSA, bioweaponizable fungi like mycoplasma, and spirochetes), which suppress the immune system and render a victim a walking activated virus-and-Tb factory ("time bomb" or "Trojan horse").

But they did not formally prosecute her.
Why?
Because they knew about it. The DCF deliberately lied in court and blamed the injuries on the real mother in "court," knowing the children were with this abuser, Annette Anderson for 11 days by the time the babies were brought to the doctor.
CT Assistant Attorney General William Wholean ("prosecutor") orchestrated the perjury with this foster abuser, Anderson, such that the genital injuries were blamed on the biological mother. But the children were with the foster abuser (who sued me for reporting her to the authorities) for the preceding 11 days, and there was plenty of genital trauma for which the children were brought to the doctor's subsequent to that one incident in the succeeding months...
The DCF were CAUGHT blaming the injuries in the real parents.
This is why this case was not prosecuted by the police or the Justice Department (USDOJ) in New Haven, CT. The cops would have to throw the prosecutor, William Wholean, and several DCF staff members in jail.

The crime of "Lyme disease" is the falsification of the testing, which was falsified to deny care and to falsely qualify the OspA vaccines for the ALDF.com (sponsors include the AIG Greenbergs, Mort Zuckerman, Philip Morris, Walmart bankster Anthony J. Walton, and Nestle) a false front non-profit intended to capitalize off of the new epidemic of vector borne diseases.
The cabal was founded in 1990 by Crazy Eddie McSweegan, his psychopath friend Durland Fish, John Connolly who allowed Kaiser-Permanente to bail out the financially floundering New York Medical College, and Gary Wormser.
CDC officer Allen Steere falsified the testing in Europe, attempting to falsely claim that the genetically-linked arthritis presentation (hypersensitivity response or allergy response) was the only "case" of Lyme. Steere used high-passage strains (which drop plasmids and thus the code for surface antigens like OspA, and subsequent potential to detect antibodies to those antigens) and recombinant OspA & B without the lipid attached (OspA and B are encoded on the same plasmid), assuring that the new antibody panel would exclude those 2 antigens. One never tests for vaccines outcomes by using antibody testing that includes the vaccine antigens.This is deliberate research fraud; deliberately using a method which is designed to not detect antibodies, and therefore, cases of Lyme, is a homicide charge. Lyme kills - see the ALS-Lyme report by JJ Halperin and Ray Dattwyler.
Steere went to Europe in 1992 and produced 2 reports (research fraud). One was the Dressler/Steere report (the Dearborn "case definition) and the first was the "Antigens in Europe" report. Neither are available free, full-text online, but they are both scanned in here on ActionLyme. Steere knew the worst, severe, chronic Neurologic Lyme was seronegative because he used the Dattwyler/Volkman seronegative Lyme assay in two studies of Lyme. One was called "Chronic Neurologic Lyme" and the other was an assessment of the potential exposure of his lab workers to aerosolized borrelia cysts or spheroplasts.

Additionally, SmithKline and Pasteur Connaught (manufacturers of the OspA vaccines LYMErix and ImmuLyme, respectively), could not read their Western Blots in OspA-vaccinated people, despite reporting that they used the bogus Dressler/Steere or Dearborn "case definition" (OspA and B left out + HLA-linked hypersensitivity response) to assess those vaccines outcomes.
Therefore, in order to claim to the FDA that they had vaccines, they had to lie or falsify that data.
You can see in the 1998 FDA Vaccine Meeting over LYMErix, SmithKline's Dennis Parenti dodged the questions SUNY-SB's Ben Luft was asking him about serological (blood testing) assessment of the OspA vaccines and what SmithKline did with the Chronic Neurologic Lyme outcome cases during the OspA/LYMErix vaccine trial: Yale/SKB admit crime... but Parenti did admit that the LYMErix outcomes were identical to chronic, "multisystem" (means, not "just a bad knee") neurologic Lyme.
The United States government refuses to prosecute the crime for reasons we can only guess. The first guess is that Lyme is an accidental release because all the circumstantial evidence regarding its outbreak area and direction of its spread and the genetics reveal that the Plum Island (PI) area was the likeliest original outbreak area, which goes against the "logic" that "deer reintroduced it to New England" or that "it flew over from Africa on sea birds during storms like hurricanes" which were the 2 retarded explanations given by the CDC.However, the genetics do say that Lyme Relapsing Fever (Borreliosis), is closest to anserina, which is an African Avian borreliosis. We Lyme and LYMErix victims continue to hold that the same applies to the Lyme Crymes.
