NO to the bailout.  Let the dollar fall to where it belongs.  That way, there will be fewer cops and related psychopaths and REtards in uniform.  The states will have to cut budgets bloated by the effin retarded unions.  Demand the DOJ investigate the deliberately fraudulent repacking of bogus mortgages.  Take the foreign properties of the individual banksters.  Auction it all on AIG-Bay and put the dollars back in the Treasury.

Investigate and prosecute other major corporate crime like the Lyme criminals, like AIG, Mort Zuckerman, SmithKline, Yale, etc.  Take all their assets and throw the bastards in jail.  If they were peddling dope they would get 10 years.  If they were prosecuted for practicing medicine without a license (BigInsurance), they'd get at least 5 years in the slammer and lose all their ill-gotten gains.

I think it is a crime called fraud.  (See Mike Whitney, above)  It can be prosecuted as for fraud, because as when the FDA fails and private lawfirms file class actions over a bad drug, it's the same thing as prosecuting the banksters who knowingly sold bad debt. 'Like with LYMErix.  Bad debt is something regulators failed to regulate, like the way the FDA fails to regulate.  In other words, sure, socialism is a bad idea.  'Especially when we taxpayers pay the salaries of the got guv employee welfare queens who don't do their jobs but are protected by the mobster government-employee unions: sh*t in- sh*t out.  The FDA and the likes of Chris Dodd ??...It's the Lazy-Ass Do-Nothing dot-guv Employee American Way.  'Which is why private lawfirms ought to be able to sue the likes of AIG to recover money for the King (Qui Tam), only in this case, the King is us.  The King is the Treasury.  The King is Social Security and Medicare.  (I know.  That would be too much like asking the USDOJ to be law enforcers.)
