The following documents, stolen off of Blunenthal's desk by AAG Jessica Gauvin (you didn't know theft of mail was legal, did you?) were given to two Yale staff psychiatrists, James Phillips (- against whom I had a legitimate malpractice lawsuit, since Lyme is a brain disease- see my medical records and the Penisbiter Lawsuit) and Kenneth Marcus, who said this scientific data and complaints of crtiminal behavior meant I was a "dangerously intelligent chemist like Ted Kascynski," and then I was falsely criminally charged with the same because AAG Jessica Gauvin did not want to be prosecuted by the USDOJ.This is while James Phillips pretends to be a religious person, while also having joined Michael Schwartz's Anti-Allen Steere-Abuse-Related AAPP.

AAG Jessica Gauvin stealing Richard Blumenthal's RICO mail and other mail. This is DCF's petition 2, since petition 1 was thrown out, since it was all unsubstantiated false allegations and nonsense.
The emails were one continuous email and they were a complaint about the criminally insane DCF to the National Institute of Mental Health.
