Then of course Rowland went to jail for the very same DCF Racketeering crime, 15 months later.  I was referred to the US Attorney's office to file the RICO complaint by Blumenthal's office, because I answered the question, "Can you prove the testing for Lyme changed?"

DCF's AAG Jessica Gauvin obstructed justice in this Lyme RICO investigation.  As you can see, this is a correspondence with AAG Tom Ryan, as regards the RICO complaint.  The RICO Complaint filed with the "US Attorney" in Corrupticut in July 2003 below.

"Lyme disease" went from a relapsing fever borreliosis to a knee-only disease, because Yale owned a patent for a knee disease vaccine and not a brain disease vaccine.  Verify Independently that CDC's Lyme test is at best 25% accurate- order the Dearborn conference booklet.

The DCF's first "petition" against me was completely thrown out because it was all false allegations and nonsense. The people who filed the false allegations never went to jail because DCF has never- and will never prosecute false allegations.  So, what DCF says on the phone about false allegations is a joke. 

Anyone can call the DCF and say anything they want about someone they hate as a sure way to get the DCF Gestapo to torture them and their kids.

Regarding the children sexually assaulted in the video - which the DCF blamed on their real mother (AAG William Wholean Responsible), DCF then had the father falsely arrested after that video was taken to prevent him from testifying, and the insane "judge" tried to ENTRAP me.  The "judge" did not allow the mother to have a lawyer or present any evidence in her defense, which is extremely illegal.  The New London police refused to investigate the sexual violence suffered by the children.  The Mayor of New London, who supervises the New London Police, had no problem with that because she is a former DCF prosecutor.  There are a lot of black people in New London, and Connecticut is the Home of the Chocolate Burger.  More black people means more black bodies to chew up.  (Business is good.)
