The State of Connecticut has never prosecuted false allegations. The State's Attorney in Milford, Mary Galvin, and the Middletown "court" told me they do not know whose job it is to prosecute false allegations because no one had ever been prosecuted before for filing false allegations.
That means anyone can use the DCF to torture someone they don't like, and are never prosecuted for making false complaints. Donald G. Dickson was extremely abusive to me and the children, but was coached by his brother who did the same thing to his ex-wife -filed false allegations- to get out of paying child support.
Everyone should know Connecticut is not a safe place to raise your children.

If your children are bitten by ticks and become ill, that too, will result in false allegations that you have poisoned your own children, and no one will assist you. You will have your children removed, the kids will be placed with a maniac, and you will be thrown in jail.

And everyone knows Connecticut is where Lyme is. It's one of the most tick-dense places in the world. Second only to South County, Rhode Island.
