DARPA (US Military) now insists that nothing like Yale's dangerous Lyme Crymes ever happen again because of the national security risk, with the following changes/results to the present corrupt and retarded system:
 

1) CDC Out of the Loop:  as a Biological Weapons Counterintelligence Agency has utterly failed and are now out of the loop (proven by the very existence of this new DARPA-NIH-FDA combination).

2) A goal of the DARPA/NIH/FDA triplex is the early detection of pathogens before antibodies are formed;

3) Will require No Yale-Lyme-Cryme-like RNA/DNA Shell Game.  See PRIMERSHELLGAME.htm  The crooks have known since 1992 how to detect all species and strains of Borrelia (Relapsing Fever).
 

4) Will force the FDA to do the jobs for a change:   Assure that FDA Bioanalytics Validation Requirements "are met throughout the whole process,"... as opposed to the Lyme crymes, where:
 

a) the diagnostic standard for Lyme was falsified in 1994 [See the CDC's Dearborn standard (the current "case definition") STEERE_IN_EUROPE.htm , 1992 and DEARBORN_WHO_SAID_WHAT.htm ],


b) the same gang of associates who falsified the diagnostic standard (the ALDF.com and its European associates, the EUCALB), approved this new and falsified diagnostic standard (Dearborn_Who_Approved.htm ; McSweegan, Weinstein, Steere, Barbour, CDC officer Barbara Johnson - co-patents owner with SmithKline in Europe since 1992 - See CDCS_PARTICIPATION_IN_LYME_CRIMES.htm )

c) Yale and SmithKline then had their fake vaccine trial and lied about the results [threw out "unconfirmed Lyme" cases in safety and efficacy calculations, and could not read any of their Western Blots, anyway], See DICKSON_FDA_SUBMISSION_FULL.htm


d) The previous diagnostic standard for Lyme Disease was to perceive it as a Relapsing Fever organism, See CDC_DOCUMENTS_1990.htm  where the requirement was for repeated Western Blots to look for New IgM antibodies, because that, to the CDC and Allen Steere, et al, meant the organism was still alive (creating new antigens, as as result of antigenic variation - the nature of the relapse in Relapsing Fever).


e) Ben Luft in 1998 tried to tell the FDA that the testing was a ruse and that people who were vaccine-injured from LYMErix look identical to Chronic Lyme victims (and Vijay Sikand gave numerous, funny non-responses):

f)  Brookhaven-associated MDs call Lyme "the perfect stealth pathogen that causes MS and Lupus," which of course means it is not a "hypersensitivity reaction in a knee, associated with Steere's HLA" - the current "CDC case definition." (See JohnDunn_Brookhaven.htm )


g) FDA sends ActionLyme/Kathleen Dickson a note referring to FDA's Disclaimer page - the page where the FDA staff claim they are not required to look at the data BigPharma sends them to make sure the rules for the Validations of Analytical Methods (Bioanalytics) are followed and met, which was the case with "Lyme Disease" - the current serological standard definition ("HLA-linked Autoimmune Bad Knee Only")  See FDA_DISCLAIMS_JOB_RESPONSIBILITY.htm

 

h) in all the years of Allen Steere's retarded lies he never determined what was the mechanism of his own proposal of an autoimmune arthritis in a knee.  Clifford Harding, partners with Justin Radolf solved it recently.  Both Radolf and Harding said chronic exposure to OspA/LYMErix-like antigens (TLR2 agonists) or spirochetal blebbing (shedding) turned off the antibody response.  See 101016.htm for Epstein-Borreliosis.

In other words, DARPA - the US Military - is not going to allow another Dearborn/LYMErix stunt, where the disease is falsified in order to falsify the outcome of the fake vaccine.  It is too much of a national security risk to have the retarded/greedy CDC staff involved.

Normally, if it'd be Ivy League, you would expect the university to provide excellent scholarship, but no.  Yale goes on its reputation of being a pervert Good Old Boys club.  Yale is a political (means:  Before the indictments) entity and not a place of higher learning.

... reveal that the CDC and Barbara Johnson know there are two kinds of Lyme (2 kinds, as shown in the RICO complaint to the USDOJ), the Steere/Hypersensitivity/Case Definition, and the New Great Neurological Imitators (which are actually the result of activated Epstein-Barr, the ALDF/Yale Lyme cryme gang being the authors of the scientifically valid biomarkers).

Dattwyler now he refuses to back down, despite the fact that he, himself, developed the Seronegative Lyme assay and revealed that it was common knowledge that fungal antigens suppress the immune system.  [No one knows what Dattwyler's particular mental disorder is but at the 2001 Vaccine Committee meeting he literally, physically had his nose in the air.  I think he has a hard time admitting he really missed the scientific boat on this... despite being the one who nearly had it all in his hands (see 101016.htm ; Epstein-Borreliosis for links to Dattwyler's and Allen Steere's statements and publishing history regarding "seronegative Lyme," fungal antigen immunosuppression, and Steere's article on "Chronic Neurologic Lyme").

It isn't only that Relapsing Fever is a permanent spirochetal infection.  IDSociety.org, ALDF.com, and CDC have always published that it was incurable.  See their own reports: BRAIN_PERMANENT.htm and RICOCHRON.htm

The fact is that the Great Imitator outcomes are as a result of the activation of common viruses due to the chronic exposure to TLR2 agonists, which turn of the immune system and "tolerize" to similar antigens like those in mycoplasma.

Mycoplasma, Epstein-Barr & Cytomegalovirus, Mouse Epstein-Barr and other pathogens in ticks are what causes the variety show of daily symptoms in "chronic Lyme."  The fatigue is likely due to mycoplasma in the blood, which hijacks sugars and modifies red blood cell membranes, such that the O2 present cannot cross the membrane.  This is what the scientific evidence actually says, and the mechanisms and identified pathways are what the chip proposed by DARPA aim to synthesize into a working model of cellular responses to antigens, such as LYMErix.   See images in BIOMARKERS2.htm

The above is all long for:  Greedy Yale et al missed the boat.  They went a little berserk after the Bayh-Dole Act even though they were CDC officers whose job was Biodefense.

 

Keep in mind that the CDC is officially out of the loop.   No one will have to listen to any of their pronouncements or recommendations.

The US Military has determined that the CDC is not to be trusted.  They're a national security risk.  Alan Barbour - former head of the Rocky Mountains Bioweapons lab - has just requested grant money to determine exactly how Borrelial TLR2 agonists turn off the immune system (produces no antibodies). 

If this is so - and it obviously is - no one has to obey the CDC's diagnostic protocol ("ELISA followed by a Western Blot to determine if the patient has Late Lyme Arthritis in a Knee, which is a 'CASE' of 'EARLY LYME'").

Yes, that is the current CDC "case definition" of "Early Lyme":  "Late, HLA-linked, hypersensitivity reaction to OspA in a knee."

No US politician, lawyer or USDOJ/FBI prosecutor understands ▲ it, but surely scientists in foreign nations understand this great big scientific lie.
