Last week.  She will meet with me in the middle of June some time.  That’s helpful. 

I have been under prosecution for false allegations, since September, 2002, made by Nancy Martin, and before that, upon false allegations by Don Dickson, in June, 2002.

THAT woman, Carol Duraski, was abused by the DCF, as was my friend Judi, who was lied to by the DCF.  When Judi took the DCF’s advice, they used the fact that she took this advice against her.  Judi is a nurse. DCF took her kids away, and the husband kicked her out, and she was homeless, and sick with Lyme disease. 

Great.  Great help.  Tell her what to do, so that she will lose her family, house and children, and so she can be kicked out onto the streets, sick as a dog.

In 1996, I was as sick as a dog, and no one would help me with my kids either, and they were littler then, 5, 3 and 1.  DCF said I made too much money and subtracting the daycare costs was not their “policy”. 

In 1998, I was not eligible because I, “…would need, like, an abusive, drug-abusing boyfriend in there beating you up all the time.”  Lorraine Thomas, Norwich DCF, who reported in her notes, that I refused assistance. 

A BOLDFACED lie.

In April, 2001, the DCF’s Karen Andersson never called me back regarding the Duraski Family, in that story in the newspaper.  I made a LOT of phone calls in that woman’s and her son’s behalf.  The Lyme community was outraged, as you can see from the responses.

That was the State’s Mental Health Psychologist for the DCF.  IRRESPONSIBLE and NEGLECTFUL. 

THAT’S THREE OF US.  Suffered the RUDE and CRUDE DCF SICKOS.

Moral of the story:  NEVER do what the DCF recommends, regardless of whether you have been falsely accused. 

Do anything you want.  There clearly are no rules, in DCF-PROFERRED ABUSE AND NEGLECT-LAND. 

REPEAT-  ADVICE TO AVOID DCF ABUSE OF YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN:

1) SLAM THE DOOR IN THEIR FACES,

2) DO NOT COOPERATE,

3) DO WHATEVER YOU WANT.  And don’t worry about rules. Clearly there aren’t any.  DCF does whatever they want.  They lie their faces off and they can’t be trusted.  They do not do their jobs, from the lowest grunt to the Commissioner, herself.

4) DO THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THEY ADVISE.

This shall become public knowledge, since we can’t rely on our Republican representatives, and must bring this platform to the Democrats in CT who represent us, and perhaps understand better than the Republicans, that ALL citizens are supposed to be treated equally, and the United States was not intended to be an aristocracy. 

The structure of this democracy was intended for the equal distribution of wealth.  Clearly the Republicans failed us in that, and we are in an economic calamity, which no one will deny. 

CT is 900 million in the hole.  “Trickle Down Economics” is one of the biggest LIES ever told.

DCF TREATMENT PLAN

FIRST and foremost, when a person is falsely accused of anything, the DCF staff member being sent out, WILL provide clear instructions to the accused, that if they are falsely accused, they may call the police on the person who filed the report, immediately.

 Thomas Ryan, Blumenthal’s assistant informed me of this, and I see that this is a Statute.   The Commissioner of the DCF violated Statute.  I gave evidence that these allegations are false, and to my knowledge, Nancy Martin has not been arrested yet, and neither has Lisa McArthur been fired. 

 In my particular case, Nancy Martin will face charges of false allegation against me, since she sent the DCF and my "doctor" a sheet full of false statements.  Many of these clearly came from Carolyn Martin, since Nancy Martin lives in Farmington, CT, and did not observe these imaginary incidents issued from the mind of this clearly psychotic person, Carolyn Martin, who admits psychotic post-partum depression and extremely violently abused her own children.

  This specific case of false allegations is clearly an abuse of the DCF as a tool for vindictiveness and for intrafamilial wars.   I am an analytical chemist and worked for Pfizer in Methods Development and I was highly instrumental in getting this Lyme vaccine off the market because it was hurting people.  None of my immediate relatives has anywhere near my intelligence and academic success, with the exception of my father, who was a design engineer, and my nephew, who is also autistic.

 When the vaccine came off the market in February, 2002, my father approved, was the ONLY one in the family who approved, and told me to “Keep doing what you are doing.”   

So, the response of Nancy Martin, filing false statements about me, was vindictiveness.  I also made her cry at the hospital, when my father was dying.  I told her, that my brother Paul, and sister MaryJane, were fed up with her not allowing anyone else to speak, and with Nancy’s reinterpreting everything anyone said, since she persisted in this.  Nancy Martin’s behavior was rude, obnoxious, and embarrassing, since when she spoke to the Neurologist, she drove him crazy too, with her pinheaded, rendundant, cyclical, and clearly thought-disordered questions..

 Nancy has a new career of Marriage and Family Therapy.  She used to be a secretary.  Now she tries to psychoanalyze everyone, but the fact of the matter is, she is a genuine pinhead, and her mother said of her long ago, “She’s a classic overachiever.”  And Carolyn Martin also told Nancy Martin flat out, “Don’t try to use that psychology crap on me.” 

However, the source of these imaginary statements is Carolyn Martin, the severe abuser of her own children (beatings with a cat of nine tails, and full force kicks of her children, flinging herself across the room to do so—See the NANCY MARTIN page on my website, and the story of my brother’s death- Jim- recipient of the worst physical child abuse by both patents, and now dead.  He wasn’t allowed to drive.  He was 18 when he was killed as a passenger, as a result.  Something might have happened to Carolyn Martin’s cars, if her children were allowed to drive them.

Nancy is on MMI, (Microbes and Mental Illness elist). I had to go as far as to ask individuals not to complement me on that list, because I knew Nancy would make a beeline for her mother and start saying all kind of nasty things about me, which is exactly what happened.  History predicted this, and I predicted this to friends onthat list.

 The result of this "Family Buzz had me returning to the Psychiatrist’s office where I was in my 20s for my own childhood abuse sequelae.  ‘Abuse of the nature Carolyn Martin then inflicted on my own daughter, Diane, and my other daughter, Lara, has witnessed (Vicious-In-Your-Face-Hate-Face with the barred teeth, grabbing and shaking my child violently).  When Nancy “dumped the reunion”, September 15, 2002, the rest of the xtended family, were upset.  Now they have a clearer idea that Nancy is not the “goody-two-shoes we thought she was.”  (emails from extended family).  Clearly this lying to the DCF and Nancy Martin proves the INSANE upbringing some of us endured.

Nancy’s not there.  She blew it off.  “Things did not go her way.”  I don’t know what that means, but the first person to ask is, Carolyn Martin, since they have the same twisted minds, and no one else can figure it out.

 Nancy also claimed that I was “PHYSICALLY VIOLENT TO THE GRANDMOTHER”  No such thing ever happened, nor was she ever threatened in any way, and readily admits this.   Whether Grandmother admits this again, in a courtroom, will remain to be seen.  The children were witnesses.  Unfortunately, the children’s lawyer,

Scott Sawyer, can’t be trusted with anything, let alone my children’s best interests.

  It is well known that extreme childhood abuse produces all kind of adult sequelae, and in fact is the basis for most adult emotional sequelae. (‘Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, which my psychiatrist told me I had.  The Psychiatrist then turned around and told the DCF I was BORDERLINE, which is the exact opposite of AUTISTIC, which he told me I was, and is evident in all my psych evals for Lyme (and the reason I can’t get social security disability: Overall = Superior, Performance IQ = Very Superior).  

So, The Psychiatrist lied, but that was to cover up the movement disorder he induced and was apparent in December 2000, and at the FDA vaccine meeting, and WILDLY so, as I sat in his office in the Spring of 2001 (the rocking and pacing, chronic sensation of butterflies in your stomach, and dizziness).  It is otherwise known as “Psychomotor Agitation”, can be mistaken for signs of mental illness, and is brain damage.  My kids wanted to sit in my lap and go for a ride.

Other closely related, untreatable neurological disorders have now been recognized as variants of tardive dyskinesia.  Tardive akathisia involves painful feelings of inner tension and anxiety and a compulsive drive to move the body.  In the extreme, the individual undergoes internal orture and can no longer sit still. Tardive akathisia often develops in children who have been treated for "hyperactivity", ironically and tragically subjecting them to permanent inner torture. Tardive dystonia involves muscle spasms, frequently of the face, neck and shoulders, and it too can be disfiguring, disabling and agonizing.

I arrived at the same conclusion as Breggin, independently.

That’s Ed McSweegan, with the false alias, and who was successfully sued by the Lyme Disease Foundation, was required to take 2 weeks unpaid leave from the NIH, and now is out of the Lyme loop at the DHHS.  ‘Making fun of me for the rocking and pacing, as he did in another post on the newsgroup. Ed is no longer involved in Lyme disease, because of his bizarre behavior (I’ll scan in more data on McSweegan on the website- he likes to report his bosses for abuse of grants, because he then gets a portion of the grant, as a whistleblower.  HE IS TRULY INSANE.,  Imagine an NIH employee harassing patients?  What for?  It's all he's ever done.

Of course, as a support group leader for Lyme disease in Southeastern CT, my phone rang off the hook.  I finally had to stop answering it, and insist people contact me through email only.  The kids can’t have me talking for an hour at a time, to each and every Lyme patient who calls for help.  I had to put an end to it…  the phone ringing all the time, and all these horrible stories of people being abused and neglected in CT because they have Lyme disease.  Who can take exposure to so many tragic stories constantly?  When the phone rang, I began to jump out of my skin, and similarly, it was the Pavlovian cue for the kids to start carrying on.  Anyone who is a parent knows what I am talking about, so Nancy Martin doesn’t know what I am talking about.  Does Nancy Help with activism, since she has no kids?  NO.  She told me I could send her clients, when she can't even read a Western Blot and get her clients help.

 ActionLyme started a National Campaign to get adverse events reported, in the Summer of 1999, and by January 2001, we had 1100+ adverse events reports recorded to the FDA, and eventually, a year later, the vaccine came off the market.

Since I was an analytical methods development chemist for Pfizer, this was of course my bailiwick: pharmaceutical methods validation and standards.  Just a coincidence, that a woman chemist would happen along in the Lyme world, and have three congenitally infected children, and no one would help us in any way.

 The movement disorder, induced right away from these drugs, is known as Akathisia, and is associated with Violence and there are Forensic complications of this.  My psychiatrist would know about these things since he is also a Forensic Psychiatrist.  So, he lied about me to the DCF, for liability reasons, and implied I was violent my whole life.  This is untrue.  He told me, I, “lacked spontaneity”, which he also said, is the autism.  Autism and BORDERLINE are the exact opposites.  One lacks spontaneity and does not seek relationships, the other is a genetic basis for lifelong violence to others, “frantically seeks to avoid abandonment”, and is also genetically based, and is also related to LOW performance  IQ and motor skills..

In 1996, before I asked DCF for help, I asked Nancy Martin for help with the kids, and she said no.  DCF also said no.   They said NO again, in 1998.,  Lorraine Thomas, even though she lied about it in her notes. 

I applied for my records from the DCF December 12, 2002, received by them, certified mail.  By March, I received part of them, but not all of them.  THIS WILL CHANGE.  People have to see what bizarre allegations are being made about them, and by whom.

 My first hearing was January 28, 2003.  I received the VERY FIRST RECORD of what this was about, January 20, 2003.  It was supposed to be at least 2 weeks before the first hearing.  This was one week.  I did not have counsel.   Atty. Greg Carnesi refused to meet with me, and then at the last minute, could not.

State’s Attorney James Kelly argued to the judge that I be allowed to enter a plea at the next meeting, since he knew I did not have counsel, and then at the subsequent hearing, said SHE HAD BEEN READ HER RIGHTS, meaning, I could have entered a plea.  I had no idea what was going on.  I thought at a “hearing”, one was allowed to speak, and be “heard”.  What do I know about being a criminal, not ever having been one.  If the DCF wants to use what I say against me, they will confirm that they are immoral-- Not like there needs to be any more evidence of that.

 The children’s attorney Scott Sawyer lied to my attorney (or else his staff member did) and said I was in his office for 45 minutes talking, when it was 5 minutes.  It was like, 4:50- and the office was closing  He then said he did not want me contacting him.  GROSS

 I wanted to say, was I will give him ANY information regarding my kids, since I am quite proud of the way I have taken care of them and their illness, having to fight for everytyhing, and take them out of state, and pay out of pocket to get them what they need, but I am NOT giving the State ANYTHING under false allegations, and outright LIES submitted to the Court, by Lisa McArthur, as “Substantiation of Fact”.

 So, all of that is going to change.

Right down the line, the abuse of the DCF is going to end.

 SECOND.  The DCF is NOT A CHILD WELFARE AGENCY, and should not list themselves as such in the Blue pages of the phone book.  People may be deceived.  They should change the listing to DCF THUGS AND LIARS, CHILDREN AND FAMILIES  ABUSE AGENCY, sponsored by John G. Rowland.

 THIRD:  DCF Staff will not lie ever again.  Over and over again, DCF records that they offered me help, and that I refused.  This did not happen.  I asked for help in 1996 and 1998, and both times I was told I was ineligible. 

I recently spoke with Mary Cummins of the Norwich DCF.  DCF does not offer anyone any help unless they sign over some sort of voluntary temporary custody, where, as was in my case, a parent is too sick to care for their children.   This was the first time I had heard of such a program.  April or May of 2003.

 So, that the DCF offers help, to people such as myself, and then records falsely, that we refuse, is clearly a lie, and this must change legally.  

 FOURTH:  DCF Staff will not harass people on the phone.

FIFTH:  DCF will not diagnose people.  They are not doctors.  The evidence indicates they are morons, although in the State of CT, it would be hard to tell the difference between a DCF staff moron and a Physician moron, as the Lyme saga tells us, and as is clear from my case, where my doctor told me, “I think you need to be on medication,I just don’t know what kind,” after trying every kind that there is, (except the kind I asked for: ProVigil for alertness, to which he said NO).  Also, as in my case, Physicians outright lying about their patients to the DCF (e.g., that I, personally, made up the term “Lymerage”, and only 50% of doctors believe Lyme is a Central Nervous System Disease), will be changed.  It will have to be mandatory, education about Lyme disease, and not from YALE whoc owns the vaccine patent and is responsible or this spin and abuse of Lyme patients.

 SIXTH:  DCF WILL NOT DENY ASSISTANCE TO PEOPLE THEY HAVE DIAGNOSED AS CRAZY, when that falsely accused of being crazy person, has a complaint of abuse and neglect regarding their own children.

My son sounded very frightened on the phone and Don went berserk when he found out Dave called me, and grabbed the phone out of his hand (December 28, 2002).  It is ON RECORD, with the DCF that Don tried to choke Dave, or at least had him THAT terrified, and INDEED, held Dave down in the back of his car, when Dave was 5, and INDEED, David said, :”I thought he was going to kill me.”  Don also took a bath with Dave and came out of the shower recently, completely naked, to scream at the kids.

 SEVENTH:      DCF Staff will become educated about Lyme disease.  As you can see from my website.  Lyme disease is a Neuropsychiatric illness, and if there is an epidemic of Intermittent Explosive Disrorder in Young Children, in the State of CT, these kids WILL NOT be given psychotropics, as this causes more brain damage, on top of a brain infection.

 EIGHTH:  Re: DCF “Creeps” --what my kids thought of Maureen Auger, New Haven DCF (independently offered analysis—  they were frightened of the way she tilted her head and shifted her eyes at the same time to speak.  They ALL said so).

 The DCF thugs and morons will learn humane communication skills, and learn not to scare children with their creepy ways.    DCF staff like Maureen Auger will shut up and listen when people try to speak.  They will not use interrogation tactics.   They will not lie.  They will not interrupt the person on the telephone, to the point where the other person has to raise their voice to answer questions.  THIS IS OUTRIGHT ABUSE.

NINTH:    ABUSIVE DCF CREEPS like Maureen Auger, will not assume the alleged Perpetrator undergoing prosecution in the absence of evidence or a trial, does not know what they are talking about.  For example no idiot creep like Maureen Auger will tell me I don’t know what I am talking about, when it comes to Lyme disease, especially when what I am talking about is simply a collection of abstracts from MEDLINE.

 And especially when the Perp is an Analytical Chemist, and as a result of Activism and the CORRECT science, that Lyme disease is off the market. Preventing further harm to many, many people.  We have to do this activism ourselves, because no one will help us, although Nancy Martin allegedly had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and offers that she will help in Lyme activism, I can send her clients, and she can abuse them some more, because she cannot even read a Western Blot.

TENTH:    Commissioner Ragaglia withheld a letter to which I had to respond within 20 days, or thereabouts, and then waited 15 days before it was mailed.  Neglect was substantiated on the basis that I forget to give Diane her Lyme medication, when she is congenitally infected, and is not getting better, yet the State of CT Medical Licensing Board had no problem with Schoen not treating me while I was pregnant, with clear evidence of my having infected my first two children, and Pregnancy, is the BEST case to treat.  SEE STEERE

OVERALL TREATMENT PLAN FOR THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT

The DCF staff, and Rowland’s Department of Health Staff, every last one of them, will be instructed in the full ange of the diagnostics, manifestations and treatment of Lyme disease. 

 The State’s DOH entire Staff will earn Education Credits on Lyme disease.

 The ENTIRE DCF staff will undergo psychological evaluation, to determine harmful personality disorders, such as what I have seen with Lisa McArthur, and Maureen Auger.

 DCF will have a minimum Intelligence Requirement, and an intelligence test, in addition to a Personality Inventory, and Interactionals Observation, and these tests will be carried out by an independent agency.

 The same will be true for All State Licensed Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Marriage and Family Therapists. 

 What must go into these evals, must be truly independent, and require the retro-assessment of the things these applicants have written, as was done, in the assessment of George W. Bush’s intelligence, in which it was discovered, that his IQ is approximately 91.

 THE DCF and the DOH will become informed about the nature of the epidemics of Autism, Lyme disease, and Intermittent Explosive Disorder or Comduct Disorder in young children, and none will be give psychotropic medication, until controlled, long term studies are carried out on Non-human primate models. 

The State will NEVER mandate psychotropic drugs for children, starting immediately, or they will be responsible, morally and financially for the outcomes.

 The Department of Health will replace morons like Kathleen Boulware with people who understand Medicine and Ethics.

 James Phillips, and Nancy Martin, in addition to James Kelly, Scott Sawyer, Lisa McArthur, Karen Andersson, and Maureen Auger will undergo Psychiatric evaluation before they are allowed to continue to do whatever it is they do.

 There is no curing SOCIOPATHY, and there is NO CURING AUTISM.

The TREATMENT PLAN in my particular case will be the removal of Scott Sawyer and James Kelly from my “case”.  

 We will go to trial, and everyone, including DCF staff, who made false statements about me, will be both prosecuted and fired. 

 Every letter in the DCF’s files regarding me, which is false, including that the DCF ever offered me services, will be redacted, and

 WILL INCLUDE that I requested DCF’s help in 1996, and was denied.

 It WILL INCLUDE that I was denied Respite care, which was the opposite of what Lorraine Thomas recorded in 1998.

I have now heard that Carolyn Martin has fallen and broken her ankle in three places, shoveling snow.  She never excercised and day in her life, she likes to brag.   This renders one more prone to fractures as one ages.   I also have now heard that Carolyn Martin is mad at Nancy Martin and is not speaking to her because Nancy Martin will not lift a finger to help her at this time of her disability.

 What a shock.

  This is entirely the TRUTH..  But of course, the data speaks for itself.

 Agree.  Don’t abuse your kids.  And no one is getting their hands on mine.  So much for Psychology/Psychiatry lying, selfish, abusers:  Nancy Martin (LIAR AND MORON), James Phillips (Liar and MORON) and Don Dickson (Sociopath).    These are the Representatives of the Genre.  What good have they done?

And then we move on.  We have much bigger fish to fry, but these DCF, State of CT, Carolyn Martin, Nancy Martin, and James Phillips catalytic lawsuit money will help advance these other MAJOR lawsuits, and we will keep doing what we are doing, and we will help other people with Tick-Borne Diseases.  Nancy Martin has a luxury Condo in Farmington, as the result of being married to a VP in Finance for RJR Nabisco (Barbarians at the Gate),  Dennis Daly, and then divorcing him.  Carolyn Martin is worth about a million.  That’s all going to my kids’  education fund.

Next: Yale University.  I not only want that 10.5 billion dollar endowment, I want the whole University and all of their assets, to be managed by the Citizens of the State of CT, and Tick Borne Diseases will be just that -- they won’t be “anxiety” disorders.  Yale will be having some serious anxiety, in the very near future.
