How data, information, facts are interpreted by people is a reflection of what is going on in the minds of the interpreter. The Prosecutor, and deployer of the punishment for crimes I have not comitted, under the term "Treatment Planning", James Kelly, a State Assistant Attorney General, asked the Judge on my behalf, if I could enter a plea at the subsequent meeting to the first "hearing" (during which I was not allowed to speak, by Judge Jongbloed, Waterford), because the first lawyer I had, Greg Carnesi of Old Lyme refused to meet with me before the first "hearing", since I had no clue what was going on and DCF would not give me my records (Sarah Gibson, New Haven DCF attorney, and I had to ask my Congressman, Rob Simmons to intervene, and help obtain my records for me), James Kelly then at the next "hearing" argued that I had been read my rights and could have entered a plea.
