DCF's Lorraine Thomas offers me Respite Care in 1998, for my illness, Lyme Disease, and then tells me I am not eligible.   Then she perjured herself about that for GAUVIN, in my bogus DCF "trial."

Nancy Martin attends this Lyme conference with me at Columbia University in 1998, and another Lyme conference in Farmington, yet in all of her pinheaded lying false DCF allegations, she never tells the DCF that I am sick with Lyme disease.
