Invitations?  Steere (Yale) and Barbour had already decided to use the Dressler/Steere IgG standard, and it was already in use in the Connaught vaccine trial for 6 months, before this conference took place.  No one agreed with Dressler/Steere except MarDx, who had been given already-known-to-be positive Lyme arthritis blood, and who then received the contracts for both trials.   This was an INVITATION.
