Note that in the United States, Assistant Attorneys General think they can freely solicit perjury from child molesters.

This woman, Annette Anderson, sexually assaulted the Inkel boys, as you have previously seen, and as well as blame this extreme genital injury of the little girl on the parents. She is clearly lying under oath..

“Rash started this AM” (Oct 16, 2004)

Foster carer Annette Anderson proceeds to blame the parents, Phillip and Meredith Inkel, giving explicit detail to the nature of the diaper rash injury, when the children were actually taken on Oct 7, 2004, 9 days earlier, and in the foster care of Annette Anderson, herself, giving this perjurous testimony.

Connecticut Assistant Attorney General William Wholean solicits this perjury.
