McSweegan in 1986 corresponded with Senator Barry Goldwater in 1986 (below), explaining how the Department of the Navy is incompetent, and that the Tick Borne Diseases funding and patent rights should therefore be given to his criminally insane friends, including SmithKline (you will see SmithKline mentioned below, in the Navy's response) and Yale.

This (below) is a Conspiracy to 1) Defraud and 2) Slander and Libel the United States; its Navy, the FBI and the NIH, and Lyme victims,
3) Reveal sensitive US bioweapons information and (Sweeg discusses the Navy's NERVE GAS and ANTIDOTES; think Gulf War Illness) in this letter below to Senator Goldwater).

We don't actually think he conspired to deliberately reveal US Navy's biological chemical weapons endeavors. We think he's just plain stupid.

We will find that McSweegan made a career out of trashing other people because he has some delusional idea that he's and expert and an insider on everything.

These people committed a fraud against the United States (Steere in Europe and Dearborn as we will see in the next chapter, 3), as IDSA is now doing with their definition of "Lyme Disease" (is scientifically invalid, which invalidates the Klempner treatment study) and their statements as regards congenital infection.

Now, in place of SmithKline, McSweegan is helping Baxter defraud the United States with their new OspA vaccine. Lyme is a borreliosis- a permanent brain and nerve infection, that is STEALTH, and not primarily an inflammatory disease.
