Dear Sirs,
If George
W, Bush and Richard Cheney have defrauded the US citizens, and the world,
and attacked Iraq illegally, and for the USA to declare Jose Padilla and Ahmed
Ali (below) terrorists, and plotters against the USA, is it not true that they
are patriots for the US, the world, or at least Iraq?
Because
according to USA law, the terms of treason are:
Section 3. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying
war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and
comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses
to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
“Levying
war against them.” That is the same as 1) removing our civil rights under
the Patriot Act, 2) making us susceptible to attacks by fraudulently making a
case for war in Iraq, and against the advise of the UN, and 3) selling out our
economy for private interests including their own family and personal oil and
oil company investments, 4) destroying our economy and while speaking about
"no child left behind," Bush *meant* no future blue collar ignoramus
left out of the subjugation and war machine,
Betraying
the common wealth,
"Giving
aid and comfort to our enemies" would sort of be like 5) sending all our
men and equipment to Iraq, ignoring Korea, putting us at risk and making other
such related stupid decisions, 6) arresting war dissenters, and calling them
traitors, 7) lying to us, lying about what his bills (selling out Medicaid and
Social Security) would do, and 8) trying to frighten us into believing we need
this war….:

No one
is suggesting that assassinating someone is the correct or sane course of
action. Indeed, think of how many of Saddam Hussein’s cabinet and staff and
family have been assassinated in this illegal occupation, and I absolutely do
not advocate the murder of anyone, from abortion to euthanasia – including
putting ourselves out of the misery of Bush and Cheney.
But
if it is technically treason to be giving aid and comfort to the enemy, and in
this case it would be Americans giving aid and comfort to the Mossad by 1)
allowing the World Trade Center buildings to be pre-loaded with explosives and
not forewarning us or intercepting the flying bombs on September 11, 2001. 2)
Then attacking Iraq to go after the “terrorists who have Weapons of Mass
Destruction,” which isn’t true, and we know it wasn’t true because of the
Downing Street Memo where “the intelligence and facts were being fixed around
the policy” and the “sexed-up dossier” which was sexed up by Number 10 Downing
Street, London, and 3) that Bush stated
in debates before he wasn’t elected the first time his intent to “handle”
Saddam (Oct 2000, debating Al Gore, Jim Lehrer moderator):
BUSH: "It's also important to keep strong ties
in the Middle East, credible ties, because of the energy crisis we're now
in. After all, a lot of the energy is produced from the Middle East."
BUSH: Well, I think -- it's hard to tell. I think
that, you know, I would hope to be able to convince people I could handle the
Iraqi situation better. I mean, we don't...
LEHRER: Saddam Hussein, you mean?
BUSH: Yes.
LEHRER: You could get him out of there?
BUSH: I'd like to, of course. And I presume this
administration would as well. But we don't know. There's no inspectors now in
Iraq. The coalition that was in place isn't as strong as it used to be. He is a danger.
BUSH: We don't want him fishing in troubled waters
in the Middle East. And it's going to be hard to -- it's going to be important
to rebuild that coalition to keep the pressure on him.
LEHRER: Do you feel that is a failure of the Clinton
administration?
BUSH: I do.
Clearly Bush is expressing his intent as regards Iraq: Fraud and Mass Murder for Oil. It’s hard for me, as an American and
pacifist, to say that Padilla or Ali are truly guilty of a crime, if the crime
was against a criminal regime, and criminal by our own treason standards-
Cheney and Bush.
This is also a criminal regime by Geneva Convention
standards, eg., 1) use of White Phosphorus in Iraq, 2) selling or giving Saddam
Hussein chemical and biological weapons to use against Iran, 3) exporting
torture and CIA “black sites,” 4) the Abu Ghraib and Afghanistan prisoner
abuses, etc and we don’t even know what other human rights crimes there are,
but surely we have committed them, if they exist. (We abuse children in the Connecticut children’s prisons, and
this does not ever seem to cease.)
I tend to believe that these gentlemen, if they are indeed
guilty (and we will never know because of the torture business and forced confessions),
have a mitigated case, although the Bush Administration has not yet been
charged with war crimes and treason.
For if Bush and Cheney were charged with treason, then the
one gentlemen, Ali, would not be terrorist, but rightfully protecting his
country, under the new Arab distinction of terrorism being against one’s own
people. Under that definition Padilla
might be guilty of intending violence against his own people, as was Timothy
McVeigh and Ted Kaszynski, although Padilla never committed the act. In fact, I was falsely compared to Ted
Kaszynski and was falsely criminally charged with intending to be like Ted
Kaszynski, and I was falsely criminally charged with intending to kill, but
that insanity was authored by a completely insane attorney who works for the
State of CT. (Surely you have
investigators and can discover if I have a criminal history, or a human rights
activism history?) We clearly have plenty of criminally insane attorneys: 1)
our Attorneys General, Alberto Gonzales and John Ashcroft, invented that we
could have a new Geneva Convention distinction for people who resist a
fraudulent occupation, 2) and as regards the fraudulent Mossad explosives in
the WTC case for war, the head of the USDOJ’s Criminal Division, who is now head
of Homeland Security (Michael Chertoff), interfered with investigations as
regards 9/11 and the World Trade Center.
Therefore attorneys in the United States selectively prosecute crime,
commit crime, and invent crime.
Although I don’t agree with violence, I also don’t agree
with planned violence, such as pre-loading the World Trade Center buildings
with explosives, and sexing up dossiers as regards a 45 minute biological or
chemical warhead being placed on a missile when there were no chemical or biological
weapons in Iraq, with the exclusion of what we gave or sold Iraq to use against
Iran, or that we used against the Iraqi people in this present war. Thus, if Iraq did have such weapons, they
came from us anyway and were illegal to use, sell and distribute- the same
crime the “war on terror” is about.
Can you help with this confusion?
As you can see, we have no one to ask for guidance. Our Department of Justice is corrupt. What I would like to see is the Arabs bring
their grievances before the World Court, as regards Israel and real estate and
acts of aggression by both sides, which are unresolved. For instance, if both countries agree that
the previous violence against each other was legitimate defense and not
terrorism, then those acts are not to be dealt with punitively, but we can go
forward and settle the issue of real estate in the Holy Land. Muslim religious scholars have made the
argument that all of us are sons of the 12 tribes of Israel; Moses, Muhammed,
and Christ. God gave Moses the “Thou
Shalt Not Kill,” and “Thou Shalt not Commit Fraud” commandments. By implication, those are global rules.
Can you, in your capacity, prioritize this real estate
and religion issue due to the current global instability? What happened to the World Trade Center
buildings? That was the incident
that caused the instability. Steven E.
Jones, PhD., at BrighamYoung University, Provo, Utah, asked for video footage
and metal samples. This will allow him
to calculate speed and temperatures, which could confirm that the buildings
fell due to controlled demolition with explosives and an agent that burns at
higher temperatures than jet fuel. He
was laughed off by MSNBC’s Tucker Carlson - who is a complete jerk by anyone’s
terms - and who made references to tin foil on Dr. Jones’ head, which is what
we call “Swift-Boating,” in the USA.
Jones is brilliant, so he was declared crazy.
