Dear
Ms. Rell,
The
Inkel children in the foster “care” of Annette Anderson, Willetts Ave, New
London, CT were deliberately sexually assaulted by Annette Anderson, and the
DCF knows about it. The Inkels have a
very winnable civil lawsuit against the State of Corrupticut.
DCF
is deliberately covering up these assaults to these children and knows about
the abuse. I scanned the documents
into my website so neither you nor the DCF can deny this abuse.

In
particular, the people who know about the abuse to the Inkel children are Jo-El
Suroviak and Lucas Daniels of Norwich DCF.
I witnessed the testimony of these children and then Phillip Inkel
showed me the children’s medical records. I discovered that there were even
more injuries at the hands of Annette Anderson than the Inkel’s knew about. These people are now involved in the cover
up of the abuse to the Inkel children, as is AAG William Wholean.
I
have autism. That means I remember what
I see and not what I hear. Autistic
people process speech in the visual hemisphere. We’re nearly strictly visual thinkers.
My father and nephew have
high functioning autism and my sister and her daughter have
Neurofibromatosis. This info is meant
to explain how it was that only after several months after the Inkel children
told of their abuse in foster care, did it sink in. I saw the medical records about two weeks ago. James Philips, MD, told me I was autistic
and “lacked spontaneity.” He told the
DCF the complete opposite. Phillips is
a forensic psychiatrist for the State of Corrupticut, a religious scholar and
philosopher, or so he claims. For such
an outrageous liar and incompetent fool to be “scholar” of any sort is very
funny, at least.
I would never have guessed
that James Phillips was a religious person because of his chronic sex obsessions,
but I guess we know now that that is not uncommon for anyone who “works” for
the State of Corrupticut: Ragaglia,
Mancuso, Peloso and all the DCF workers he partied with, Thunberg, the
porn-downloader at the DCF pediatric psychiatric klink, the man who raped the
DCF-kidnapped girls as another “hospital” worker, (I guess there have been more
than one of them), etc. Sex and
Drugs. These seem to be the State’s
only topics. UCONN can’t even assemble
their own buildings right, and they have an engineering department. My cousin attended UCONN’s engineering
school, so I knew they had an engineering department before they bagged (fired)
the whistleblower in charge of the engineering department, at UCONN.
High Functioning autism when it co-occurs with Neurofibromatosis, is a
result of a reversed duplication near the centromere of Chromosome 15. A BCL-2 class molecule is
reversed-duplicated which results in large brains and visual hemisphere
dominance. BCL stands for B cell
lymphoma. BCL-2 molecules inhibit the
autokill of lymphocytes- which are then rendered incompetent. At the same time, in the development of
autistic brains, these molecules contribute to the lack of synaptic pruning. True Autism is the case of visual
dominance. Asperger’s is a form of
mental retardation, which has the exact opposite cognitive profile. Asperger’s people talk and talk, but they
have no idea what they are talking about.

did not know this, yet she is a DCF moron trainer and alleges to be a
“psychologist.” I guess that means
“Liar for Hire.” Therefore, I gave her
this scientific published data. The
other kind of autism, the regressive brain damaged kind, is the vaccine-damaged
kind. You can, yourself, google MMR and
SSPE and find that this damage is common knowledge to the CDC, the FDA, and the
vaccine manufacturers.
That same data was what DCF and Yale’s Patricia Leebens defrauded the
court over, in her Order of Permanent Custody of my children and then “left the
country” and could not be cross examined.
I already explained all of
this science to DCF. They, the DCF’s
“principal attorney” Sarah Gibson, sent this scientific data to the Commission
on Human Rights evidence that I am insane, as they did the Lyme borreliosis
data I sent them, which demonstrated that Lyme borreliosis is a brain disease. For
DCF to declare that “science is insanity” is all the proof anyone needs that
the DCF are criminally insane.
Phillip
Inkel had arranged a court appearance to appear on a Capias, Friday, June 30,
2006. Phillip also faxed a motion to
appear to the DCF court - which you received a copy of - on July 21, 2006, and
you forwarded to the Department of Children and Families. ‘Not a good idea.
The
abuse to the Inkel children is a criminal matter and not a DCF matter.
On
June 28, 2006, when Mrs. Inkel was scheduled to appear, the “prosecutor”
William Wholean, was late. He did not
show up at 10 AM. He showed up later
after the Social Services policeman with whom Phil made an arrangement to show
up on a Capias, 2 days later, to take Phil either to a jail or to the Family
Court Magistrate Lipschitz in Norwich.
(Phil owes back child support for three other children.) DCF did this in order to prevent Phillip
Inkel from testifying and being called as a witness by Meredith Inkel.
This
is a fraud on all the courts as well as a fraud against the people of
Corrupticut and the federal taxpayers.
Yet
another one.
Amazingly,
when my ex-husband refused to pay child support, and we had such a Support
Enforcement hearing as Phil Inkel is now undergoing, Donald Dickson lied to the
Support Enforcement judge about his income, and the judge yelled at Donald
Dickson for lying to the court. The
next day, Donald came to my apartment and trashed it. The DCF gave my kids to this maniac, Donald
Dickson, who lied to the support enforcement judge and who was chronically
physically violent to me and the children- the reason we divorced and Donald
Dickson subsequently owed child support.
DCF
has never prosecuted false allegations.
Both the Middletown Court and Mary Galvin, the State’s Attorney, in
Milford both told me they had no idea whose job it was to prosecute false
allegations, because “false allegations had never been prosecuted before.” Therefore DCF takes children away simply
because they are vicious morons and retaliate against parents who say to them
“THESE ALLEGATIONS ARE FALSE!!! KISS
MY ASS, YOU MORONS!!!” or expose the DCF’s criminally insane behavior.
Donald
Dickson falsely told the DCF that I intended to drive my children into a
lake. How original.
I
was granted a substantiation hearing for “Medical Neglect,” but then when DCF
knew they would lose, they simply changed what they were charging me with. DCF, in their abundant stupidity, was
charging me with not treating my congenitally infected kids for Lyme
disease. DCF are OFF THE CHARTS,
stupid.
“Commissioner”
Kristine Ragaglia held a document 15 days that I had 20 days to respond
to. The document stated that I had 20
days to reply from the date that the letter was written but the envelope was
postmarked 15 days from the date the letter was written.
I thought you should know about all the other routine shenanigans the DCF pulls. But it would be better if the public did. The reason for the secrecy in the DCF “courts” is so that when DCF commits an insane crime - like falsely criminally charging me with AAG Jessica Gauvin’s own psychosis – they get away with it. I, too, had many winnable lawsuits against the State of Corrupticut, James Phillips, and others. Therefore, I went to jail for being a terrorist. As you know, I am a Lyme activist, and I solved the crime of LYMErix.
I
wonder if you can tell me how that makes me a “dangerously intelligent“
”chemist,” “like Ted Kaszynski” (the Unibomber), who has “command
hallucinations to kill?” I am 48 years
old, an athlete, and I worked for Pfizer.
I wonder how it is that no one’s ever heard of me having “command
hallucinations to kill” before I made it known that I would sue James Phillips
for malpractice and had to deal with the criminally insane DCF. Don’t we think someone at Pfizer, my
employer, would have noticed? Isn’t it
possible that if I have three websites and testified in front of the FDA about
LYMErix, that James Phillips might have known some details about Lyme as a
brain disease? He obviously is the
dumbest MD on earth, as the best assessment anyone could give him.
These
are the nutcases who charge the federal government taxpayers and the State
taxpayers hundreds of millions of dollars per year to do baby switches and you,
and the State legislators, don’t care, because this is a major source of income
to the State of Corrupticut.
I
also wonder, what exactly happened with the stolen Ski-doos in your
basement? Was your son
prosecuted? Did you not see these
stolen ski-doos in your own basement?
Ski doos are very big. If not,
that would certainly be child neglect and “inadequate supervision,” and you are
now a co-conspirator in the crimes against the Inkel children, because this is
a law-enforcement matter and not a DCF matter.
You can also check me out with Foran High School, in Milford, CT, also, and find out if I was an athlete there or not. I played varsity basketball, softball and volleyball. That hardly makes in an uncoordinated chronic liar, with a low visual-spatial IQ, and who goes around attacking people spontaneously. This is what DCF says about me. ‘180 degrees from the truth. That’s the State of Corrrupticut’s formula. Everyone in the whole world should know that this is the DCF’s formula, and that there are hundreds of examples of this.
My
name was Kathleen M. Martin and my brother’s name is on the stone outside
Foran’s soccer field. It’s the “Martin,
Kelley, Tighe Memorial Field,” increasing the likelihood that I, too, was an
athlete for Foran. Usually we have
respect for people who are scholars and athletes. Not so in America anymore.

country and I am very, very pissed about that.
Proof that you are a participant is your sending the Inkel evidence to
the DCF instead of the State Police, and not answering the question of what
happened with the stolen Ski-Doos in your basement.
I’d
like to say “Go to Hell, Ms. Rell,” but my wishes don’t contribute to These
Decisions.
