Recall that the assessment of Sir Roy Meadows was that he was a demented, convoluted bullshit artist. This is important because Meadows thinks exactly like duh DCF and all of them are the most evil, cynical hateful people on earth, and are the Knights Examplar of Stupidity.
This malpractice treatment of Lyme disease compounds the brain damage and the fact that the Lyme criminals all assert that we're crazy and don't have a real disease is the proof of their intent to cause harm, times two: Denial of ceftriaxone and Malpractice treatment with psychotropics.
Yale's James Phillips is such an incompetent lying coward, that after I gave him ALL THIS DATA (mine and my kids medical records demonstrating congenital infection, Lyme brain as Lyme brain (SPECT SCANS), and also the entire FIRST ActionLyme website (in November, 2000), in hard copy, and all the info he needed about Brian Fallon, Bob Bransfield, and Virginia Sherr, he says these Lyme crimes should be written up in the New Yorker, but then he says under oath, that the RICO mail stolen off AG Richard Blumenthal's desk meant I am a "like Ted Kasscynski" "chemist."
And this guy, Phillips, gave me brain damage, because he actually never read any of the medical or scientific data that I gave him, despite the fact that he should have already known it all, since all MDs are trained in syphilis, and so would have to know that all human spirochetes permanently invade the brain.
And this guy, Phillips self-alleges to be a philosopher and a religious person. It does not get any more revolting. Well, actually, it does get much more revolting: God as my Witness, James Phillips one and only topic is sex, and he never grew out of it in his entire lifetime, where one would think, some reality would sink in. Women are nowhere near as sex-obsessed as men. To not ever learn that, are signs of both dementia and psychosis. What a puke.

DELIBERATE INTENT TO CAUSE HARM
In their defense, the bad guys (IDSA, Yale, ALDF, New York Medical College, SmithKline and Kaiser) are not going to be able to claim that there was any consensus at the 1994 Dearborn Conference, and Gary Wormser and anyone who ever said Lyme is a knee-only disease, and anyone who ever said that the CDC's testing schema is "valid" (including the CDC and Anthony Fauci) is in very big trouble. Their own data will indict them. If IDSA sends back lies and garbage in reply to Blumenthal's Civil Investigative Demand, Blumenthal will know it is garbage, and then the crooks will be in even MORE trouble.
They have already lied about it, since they most certainly have said derogatory things about us to the press and in the journals, used false psychiatric misdiagnoses, and have harassed and stalked us:
