Well, what the hell is she (Kathleen Sebelius, head of HHS.gov writes an article in WaPo about "Affordable Healthcare") talking about. Something like early detection of Lyme (MS, Lupus, ALS, and Cancer are all caused by Lyme-EBV) and similar fungal infections would save billions - not to mention misery.
Why does this ▲ nitwit bother to talk?
We said we wanted "protection against insurance companies writing diagnosis and treatment guidelines."

The AHRQ.gov tried to create legislation where a doctor - an expert - could not state under oath, as a medical expert in a malpractice or other legal proceedings, what was his own expert opinion, if that opinion was against any established "guidelines." That tells you for whom the AHRQ.gov works. That tells you there is an entire dot gov agency dedicated to whoring for the Bigs.
Meanwhile, the NIH has published: A) that OspA could never be a vaccine, B) that since the HIV vaccine was LYMErix (OspA), it produced the same results as the failed OspA/Tuberculosis (Pam3Cys or TLR2 agonist) vaccines, and C) the NIH just ordered social-worker-sex-workers and their pimps, psychiatrists, to go back to school and start learning about science and similar reality-based (non-psychiatric, non-cult-like, non-delusional-type DSM-Dogma and -Isms) realities:

Let me ask this question:
If we know that, according to Allen Steere and the CDC officers who have patents in Europe with SmithKline, there are two types of people: 1) those with Steere's "HLA-linked disease of the knee" (never scientifically explained by Steere, but explained by Case Western Reserve's Clifford Harding to be the result of chronic infection with organisms like mycoplasma and mycobacteria that shed TLR2-agonist-bearing "vesicles" which are discharged as an HLA-antigen complex, thus negating the IDSA/Lenny Sigal theory that ChronicKneeLyme - this ongoing inflammation of the knee-only - is due to shed, unconsumed DNA) 2) those without the HLA-linked hypersensitivity response,
and if we know that rather than Lyme and LYMErix being generally hypersensitivity responses (HLA-linked Steere cases of "bad knee"), they result in immunosuppression - the immunosuppression now famous for causing antibiotic resistance (MRSA deaths) and the exemption from pneumonia deaths for people like us Chronic Lyme victims (See the WaPo article, 120102, below),
and if we know that the MRSA, the HIV, the Tuberculosis vaccines all failed for the same reason LYMErix failed - because they were all like LYMErix or were TLR2 agonists, ...

then Lyme isn't the only case where the entire DHHS.gov did not know what they were talking about, scientifically, and should not be speaking authoritatively about any diseases or policy.
Also, it might be possible that antigens, mycoplasmal contamination, and carriers in childhood vaccinations - on top of existing infections that children may already have that they aren't pre-screened for (DARPA and the FDA have just thunk-up that they may want to use the best science to detect the earliest cases of new infections) could be working together to create brain damage.

Remember, now, it has just been admitted that MS is caused by Epstein-Barr, in most cases, and that Epstein-Barr antibodies in the peripheral blood during active brain disease process in MS/related, won't be there. That means all Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFIDS) studies which relied on antibody testing for herpesviruses have to be thrown out.
There will be no antibodies against these chronic active brain infections in the blood. Therefore, we have to throw out half a century of published journal articles where the associations were made between disease or illness status and antibodies in the blood, not just with CFIDS, but with all other "autoimmune" diseases (EBV in MS is active in the lesions:

Do we know of an instance where one of the Bigs (Pharma or Insurance) knew of the damaging results of their vaccine and did not report it to the FDA or the NIH?
Do we know of instances where the FDA Vaccine Committee members knew about the damage from the drug or where the disease was spun to suit the manufacturer's/patent holder's bottom line?
Do we know of instances where a criminal biotech organization recruited someone from inside the NIH to funnel money into their private ALDF.com enterprise in order to support their product-based or BigInsurance's claim-denial based position?
Do we know of instances where such notorious crooks have not been prosecuted to "send a message?"
Has the BMJ just asserted such should happen?
