These are indeed violations to international treaty on the welfare of
children. The Declaration on Rights of Children require that the kidnappers be
"competent."
In no area of health and welfare of children does the Corrupticut DCF meet
that standard.
Blumenthal's office should not be involved in complaints against his own very
criminal staff.

employee in our case..and she got paid the foster care fee on top of her
salary!! pretty lucrative business...
I don't believe for a second that they spend any extra time in training.
This child was in the care of an 18yo and fared better. Shame on the family
members who called DCF. Who uses babysitters that are well under the legal age
of 18? Almost everyone I know..
The state should pay for all funeral expenses for this child in their "care"
at the time of his death.
Then they should sue the state to the hilt. My tax dollars were mispent in
giving this stupid woman extra income to "care" for this child and I don't
mind monies going to the family who lost their child forever...

This is just another heart breaking example that

"The Necessity For Foster Care Reform Is Written In Stone."
As an Advocate for families over the years I have seen clear abuses of power
within the DCF System countless times. Though I must admit Darlene Dunbar did
a better job than her predecessor Regaglia... it is still not enough.
Now is the time for everyone to see that removing Federal oversight of DCF
would be a very poor choice.
I would like to know
1. how this woman was licensed
2. be shown proof she went through every mandated training and back ground
screening
3. Was their imminent danger circumstances that really made removal of the
child necessery. Who determined that the person caring for the child was unfit
(probably some 20 something case wrecker with two weeks on the job training,
not a mother/father, wet behind the ears as to ANY parenting skills
whatsoever)
4. What stipulations were in place as to the child's care AFTER the case was
closed
5. How much discretionary funding DCF used to PAY OFF the family member who
reported the 18 yr old caring for the child, or what that family member was
given in State kickbacks for DCF to succeed with one more child to feed their
coffers.
6. What kind of discipliary action will DCF take against Suzanne Listo. Will
SHE lose her license or will she be handed several more children to be
negligent with?
Reformation has been a campaign I have been involved with over the years...as
time has passed some improvements have been made.... but more is clearly
required.
We need a form of Miranda for the Social Services class... using subjective
warm and fuzzy feelings and or the corruption of deceit for snagging Fed
funding is not enough.

I hope this is the final baby who has to die or be tortured in DCF's care,
before the feds step in and take the entire operation out of Blumenthal's
"court" and look independently at all the cases where the parents have been
lied about in "court" in order to kidnap the kids.
These lying hoes belong in federal prison for decades, and they know it, which
is why they are so unbelievably vicious.

Aimee, I don't know about your first complaint,
but as regards the second, you kicked me off NEPAN, because you did not want
to do a group action, like a class action with all the abused parents.
To me that spells vanity and self-centeredness.
You did not want to be reasonable as regards ALL the parents being abused,
because, you said, you liked to handle one case at a time.
DUMB.
DCF needs a class action against them, still, by all of the abused parents, as
we can all now see. Only together when we relate to the world all of the DCF's
dirty tricks, dirty lies and abuses, is this going to end.
You would have NONE OF THAT, since then it would not be "ALL ABOUT AIMEE."
