Regarding US Attorney Kevin J. O’Connor

Follow up complaint from the ~ Jan, 2004 complaint

Since my previous complaint about the incompetence of the US Attorney’s office in New Haven, CT, Mr. O’Connor has been promoted to the Number 3 position in the USDOJ.

In the summer of 2006, the CT Attorney General Richard Blumenthal opened under Connecticut civil law a case against the entity about whom I complained to US Attorney Kevin O’Connor in the summer of 2003 upon the referral of Richard Blumenthal’s staff. Mr. O’Connor had done nothing about this RICO and scientific fraud /Medicare fraud complaint. (←July 2003 RICO meeting with Blumenthal's staff)

The crime is “LYME DISEASE. ” The disease definition was changed in 1994 at a farce of a conference in Dearborn, MI, hosted by CDC staff members including those who own Lyme vaccine patent rights (ALAN BARBOUR). This was a conflict of interest. They changed the diagnostic standard of Lyme Disease to spin a false positive outcome of their own patented commercial products and to not detect neurologic (expensive and very damaging) cases of Lyme. This I proved in abundance to Mr. O’Connor.

The central RICO entity is the “AMERICAN LYME DISEASE FOUNDATION” or www.aldf.com

The principals are

1) KAISER-PERMANENTE at NEW YORK MEDICAL COLLEGE; still there, literally writng the MD training modules providing the “expert” testimony against actual Lyme treating physicians in Medical Board harassment cases

To Wit: Kaiser helped invent the fraudulent “standard of care,” and physicians who don’t treat “Lyme Disease” as a non-disease lose their licenses. Lyme disease is actually RELAPSING FEVER and a permanent brain infection, requiring repeat (relapsing) treatment with an expensive intravenous drug called CEFTRIAXONE.

As an aside: Intravenous ceftriaxone was compared to oral Trovan in outbreak study of meningitis in Nigeria. Hence, Nigeria would like to arrest some Pfizer execs. Intravenous delivery is usually necessary for meningitis or inflammation of the brain, since oral antibiotics cannot provide the blood concentration necessary to eradicate infection past the blood-brain-barrier. It must be established that intravenous meds are necessary for brain diseases, which is what Lyme actually is.

2) JOHN J. CONNOLLY of CastleConnolly.com who was the former president of this financially failing New York Medical College at the time Kaiser began to “help.” Connolly now publishes an internal insurance industry newsletter and publishes “America’s Top Doctors.” These top doctors are the HMOs’ choice. Mr. Connolly has published/boasted essentially that, “HMOs are taking over medicine and all the MDs groups are just going to have to get used to it.”

3) GARY WORMSER and DURLAND FISH at New York Medical College and Yale, who have a stated intent to be an “entrepreneurial trio” with John J. Connolly as regards vector borne diseases. Once they knew what they had, and the Bayh Dole act allowed them to OWN DISEASES, these perps decided no one else was going to get a piece of the action.

Background: In 1989 the INFECTIOUS DISEASES SOCIETY OF AMERICA (IDSociety.org) published a special supplement of their journal (Supplement 6, Oct, 1989) on Lyme Borreliosis and spirochetal diseases in general. At that time Lyme was a very serious disease,” treatment failed in half the cases, and the treatment endpoint with ceftriaxone was ‘unknown.’” All of the historical data pointed to this.

A year or less later, in 1990, the ALDF.com was founded by Kaiser Permanente, since if the treatment endpoint is unknown, and it was always unknown (in the past penicillin failed and now ceftriaxone too), and ceftriaxone costs $12,000 per month wholesale, people were submitting claims as high as over $100,000 including all the nursing costs and picc lines and so forth.

I myself had this IV treatment for 3.5 months after 9 years of the living hell of Lyme and I got 100% better, so I started a support group. I never expected to get “cured,” up until that time. Then I relapsed, just like BRIAN FALLON’s patients, in a ~5 million dollar NIH study at COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY.

One needs this treatment relapsingly.

Mr. Blumenthal now has to try to “prosecute” a RICO crime under Connecticut civil law, and the crooks refuse to turn over their own self-incriminating data to Mr. Blumenthal. He has no authority, as the DOJ would, to demand they hand over their own self-incriminating data or face jail, or order an FBI raid on their labs and home computers, and do the same at Kaiser. The crooks have downright refused to supply the evidence that they know they are producing fraudulent “science,” to support Kaiser et al’s bottom line, and also continue to get NIH funding into their labs so that they can patent more commercial products related to vector borne diseases. This seems to have been the arrangement when Kaiser rescued the financially floundering New York Medical College in 1990:

“Let’s say there’s no treatable disease, until there is a vaccine for it. Then we’ll say the disease which was previously a nothing-disease and hypochondria, is very serious and everyone should get the vaccine.”

We have other data that shows a fraudulent relationship with insurance companies on the part of Allen Steere. Although Allen Steere supports the new and imaginary IDSociety “guidelines” on the non-identification and non-treatment of Lyme Disease, we also are aware that Steere treats his kind of Lyme (arthritis in a knee that is genetically linked and rare) with long term antibiotics. Steere is actually in violation of his own “guidelines.”

If Mr. O’Connor had done his job, we would not be in this position. Mr. Blumenthal is a former US Attorney. Since I complained as per Mr. Blumenthal’s office in the summer of 2003, I was falsely imprisoned and charged with being a “dangerously intelligent chemist, like Ted Kascynski” by Yale staff- the very people I named in the RICO complaint. My first amendment rights were taken away also for two years, and my kids who have congenital Lyme were kidnapped by the “CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES,” who interfered with the DOJ RICO investigation. (AAG Jessica Gauvin, bonafide lying looney, literally stealing - a federal offense - Richard Blumenthal's RICO mail off of his desk).

My children’s blood tests and mine and all of the supporting data which shows that I am sick with this disease (EMG studies, spinal fluid analyses, brain scans and so forth) are also in Mr. O’Connor’s office, still.

A Lyme treating specialist for children named CHARLES RAY JONES has subsequently been harassed by the (corrupt) CONNECTICUT MEDICAL BOARD, for treating Lyme. Yale staff perjured themselves against him as they did with my false prosecution case. Had there been a case against Yale opened by the USDOJ, I would not have been declared “dangerously intelligent" and the Medical Board would not be able to use Yale’s perjuring witnesses against Dr. Jones.

It’s been all perjury and further abuses of Lyme victims of this kind, not to mention the fraudulent diagnostic standard which GARY WORMSER himself assessed to miss 85% of the cases (this is a published journal article; only 9/59 cases test positive to the Steere/ Dearborn IgG criteria).

If the cases are missed early, they progress into devastating disease.

Yale owns the patent for the earliest test for Lyme Disease under US Patent 5,618,533, and this test detects 94.4% of the cases. This test is not in use because it would not have falsely qualified Yale’s bogus Lyme vaccine, LYMErix. Yours truly is the chemist who solved that particular crime, too, and my testimony is still on the FDA’s website from a Jan 2001 FDA meeting in Bethesda. That complaint still is essentially the RICO crime.

Explaining the bag job.

I hope you can look into to the extent that we a get a competent USDOJ staff in Corrupticut who can handle the bigger complaints of massive corporate fraud and CDC-NIH insider profiteering. I find it astounding that Mr. O’Connor was promoted for his incompetence and has left Mr. Blumenthal to do his job him but with a limited ability to obtain the data and put an end to this crime.

This is a lot of years and lives wasted. Tortured. Two of my best players/investigators on the ActionLyme team have passed away, too, in the interim: Barbara Fitzmaurice and Gayla Davies. None was over 60- as was predicted by Barb only about 5 years before.
